Tracker 360 (“the planner”) is a study planner from PW (Physics Wallah) for students of PW batches. These terms apply whenever you use it, at tracker360.pw.live or as an app installed from there. By logging in or using the planner, you agree to them.

The planner is part of PW's services. PW's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, published on pw.live, also apply to your use of it, including everything about your PW account and your batches. These terms add what is particular to the planner; where the two differ about the planner itself, these terms apply.

You log in with your PW account, using a one-time password sent to your mobile number. The planner opens for the PW batches it supports that you have bought. If your access to a batch ends on PW (for example, because it was refunded or has expired), its planner stops being available here too.

Your account is for you alone. Keep your phone and one-time passwords to yourself, and don't let anyone else use the planner as you. You are responsible for what is done through your account.

The planner arranges your batch's lectures, DPPs and tests into a daily plan based on the choices you make, and keeps track of what you have done. It is a planning aid.

• Daily hours, finish dates and progress figures are estimates. They depend on the choices you enter and on information from PW, and your own study time may differ.
• Your progress is read from PW (lecture watch progress, DPP attempts and test attempts) and can be delayed, incomplete or occasionally wrong. You can correct it by ticking or unticking items yourself. The planner never changes anything in your PW account.
• The planner doesn't guarantee any exam result, rank or outcome. How you prepare, and the decisions you make about it, are yours.
• The lectures, DPPs and tests themselves are delivered by PW on pw.live, under PW's terms. The planner links to them; it doesn't host them.

You agree not to:

• share your access with anyone else, or use someone else's account;
• access or try to access another student's data;
• use automated tools, scripts or bots to access the planner, or copy its content or data in bulk;
• interfere with the planner's security, overload it, or try to get around its limits or access checks;
• use the planner for anything unlawful, or for any commercial purpose.

PW may suspend or end access to the planner for anyone who does.

To run your planner, we keep:

• Your account: your mobile number, and the name, email address and PW account id that come with your PW login; which supported batches you own; the exam you chose; when you logged in.
• Your planners: the batches you plan for, and each planner's settings (subjects, teachers, chapters, length, speed, notes, revision, study style, breaks and weekly days off); what you have ticked, unticked or moved, and when; and your progress as read from PW.
• Your feedback: any rating or comment you send us, with your number and batch.

To keep your planner in step with PW, we use your PW login to read, on your behalf, the batches you have bought, your lecture watch progress, your DPP attempts and your test attempts. Your PW login token is kept on our servers and isn't sent to your browser. It is removed when you log out.

We use this information to provide and improve the planner, to understand how it is used, and to keep it secure. We use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used.

Closing a planner keeps its progress, so you can pick up where you left off. For anything else about your information, including requests to see or delete it, PW's Privacy Policy applies, and you can reach PW through the support channels on pw.live or in the PW app.

The planner, and the lectures, DPPs, tests and other content it links to, belong to PW or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial study. Nothing in these terms gives you any other right to them.

We work to keep the planner available and accurate, but it is provided as it is, and may sometimes be unavailable, slow or wrong. We may change, add or remove features, change which batches are supported, or stop offering the planner. Where a change affects your planner, we will try to keep your progress.

To the extent the law allows, PW is not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on the planner's plans, estimates or progress figures, from the planner being unavailable, or from information received from PW being delayed or wrong. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that can't be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the planner after a change, the updated terms apply.
