Getting started
What is Tracker 360?
Tracker 360 is PW's study planner. It tells you exactly what to study each day - which lectures, DPPs and tests - for the batch you have bought.
For a recorded batch, it spreads the whole course over the number of days you choose. For a live batch, it follows your class timetable and helps you catch up on anything you missed.
Who can use it?
Any student who has bought a batch that Tracker 360 supports on PW. There is nothing extra to buy.
How do I log in?
Log in with the same mobile number you use on PW, and enter the OTP sent to it.
If you are already logged in on pw.live, you may be logged in here automatically.
I bought a batch but it says "No planner batch on your account". What should I do?
Check that you logged in with the same number you used to buy the batch. If not, log out and log in with that number.
If you just bought the batch, press "I've enrolled - check again". If your batch isn't in the list on that screen, the planner doesn't support it yet.
What is the JEE / NEET choice at the top?
It tells us which exam you are preparing for, so we show you the right batches. You can change it any time. It doesn't change a planner you already have.
Can I try it before buying a batch?
Yes. The demo works just like the real planner, with made-up classes. Try anything you like - nothing is saved.
Can I use it like an app on my phone?
Yes. On Android, open Tracker 360 in Chrome, tap the menu and choose "Add to Home screen". On iPhone, open it in Safari, tap Share and choose "Add to Home Screen".
You need internet to use it.
Setting up your plan
How do I make my plan for a recorded batch?
Pick your subjects, pick a teacher for each subject, choose how many days you want to finish in, and choose how you like to study. As you choose, you can see how many hours a day it will take.
Can I follow two teachers for one subject?
Yes. Pick both teachers, then choose which chapters you want from each. If the same chapter is in both lists, we tell you, so you don't study it twice.
I've already finished some chapters. Can I skip them?
Yes. Below your teacher, tap "Already covered some chapters?" and untick the chapters you have finished. Your plan will leave them out.
Only skip chapters you have really finished. Skipping hard chapters now will hurt you in the exam.
How many days can my plan be?
Your batch shows you the options, such as 90 or 120 days. Some batches also let you type your own number of days, or pick the date you want to finish by.
If a plan would need more hours a day than anyone can study, we won't allow it and will ask you to choose more days.
Which video speed should I choose?
Choose the speed you really watch at: 1x, 1.25x or 1.5x. A faster speed makes lectures shorter, but DPPs, notes and revision still take the same time.
What do the notes and revision settings mean?
Notes: how many minutes you spend making notes for each lecture. We add this time to every lecture, so your day is planned correctly. Leave it at 0 if you don't make notes.
Revision: time kept free every day for revision or your module. Your new lectures and DPPs are planned in the rest of the day.
What is the study style?
It decides how your subjects are spread across the week. "Weekly Timetable" (recommended) gives you up to 2 subjects a day. "One Subject at a Time" finishes one subject before starting the next.
How do I set up a live batch?
Choose your subjects and teachers, your video speed, and how many hours you can study each day (including your live classes). We plan each day within those hours.
I joined a live batch late. How do I catch up?
When you set up, we show you the classes you missed and ask how you want to catch up: finish them by a date you choose, or do a little extra every day. You can also decide this later.
What happens to DPPs from before I joined?
They are not counted as pending work. They go into your practice bank, and you can add any of them to your day whenever you want.
What does "Go at my own pace" mean?
Some live batches also have a recorded course. You can choose to finish that course by your own date instead of following the live timetable. It will never show as pending. You can change this later in Your subjects.
Your day
How does the daily list work?
Every day you get a list of lectures, DPPs and tests to do, by subject. Tick each one when you finish it. Lectures you watch on PW get ticked for you.
Your list for the day stays the same once you open it. Ticking one thing won't change the rest.
I ticked something by mistake. Can I undo it?
Yes. Tap Undo and it goes back on today's list.
Can I move something to another day?
Yes. Tap Move and pick a later day. If you move a lecture, its DPP moves with it.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing is lost. Whatever you didn't finish is spread over your coming days, so you still finish on time. The next few days may be a little longer.
When you come back, we ask if you did yesterday's work, so you can tick anything you forgot.
I finished today's list. Can I do more?
Yes. Add more from any subject you like - it comes from your coming days, so you finish earlier. You can also add DPPs from your practice bank.
What is the practice bank?
A list of extra DPPs you can do whenever you want, like DPPs from before you joined. Search for a chapter, pick the DPPs and add them to today.
Your PW progress
Do lectures I watch on PW get ticked automatically?
Yes. When you open Tracker 360, we check which lectures you have watched on PW and tick them for you. A lecture is ticked once you watch it till the end.
We never untick anything you ticked yourself.
Do DPPs and tests get ticked too?
Yes. A DPP is ticked once you attempt it on PW, and a test once you submit it. If a DPP isn't ticked, you can tick it yourself.
I watched a lecture but it isn't ticked. Why?
It is ticked only when you watch it till the end. If you stopped in between, finish it or tick it yourself.
If you just finished it, wait a few minutes and open the planner again. In a recorded batch, you can also tap "Sync from PW" to bring in everything you have watched.
If I tick something here, does it change anything on PW?
No. Tracker 360 only reads your progress from PW. It never changes anything in your PW account.
DPPs and tests
How do I open a DPP?
Tap "Open in the chapter's DPPs". It opens that chapter's DPPs on PW, and you can start from there.
A DPP or chapter link isn't opening properly. What should I do?
If you have more than one batch on PW, open pw.live and switch to this batch first. Then try the link again. Lecture videos open fine either way.
How do tests work?
When a test is due, it shows on your day with a "Take the test" button. All your tests are also listed under Your tests.
A test comes only after you finish its syllabus. Not ready? Tap "Take later", or "Another day" to pick a date. You can still attempt a test you missed.
Changing your plan
Can I change my plan after starting?
Yes. Tap "Change plan" to change your subjects, teachers, chapters, days, speed, notes or revision. Everything you have ticked stays ticked. Changes start from tomorrow.
How can I change the order of a teacher's chapters?
Go to Your subjects in your planner and tap "Chapters and order" under the subject.
Drag the chapters into the order you want, or use the up and down arrows. Want to start a chapter right away? Tap "Start here" next to it. Your plan will follow the new order.
You can also untick chapters you have already finished. To undo everything, tap "Back to the teacher's order". Your ticked lectures are never lost.
What happens if I change my teacher?
Lectures you finished with your old teacher stay done. We show you which chapters you already covered, so you can skip them with your new teacher.
I'm falling behind. Can I get more days?
Yes, on most plans. On a 90-day JEE 360 plan, you can add 15 days, twice. On other batches, you can add days once a week, based on how fast you have been studying.
Can I restart my plan from today?
Yes, up to 3 times, from Change plan. Everything you have ticked is kept - only the dates start again.
Can I take a break?
Yes. Tap "Take a break" to pause your plan for up to 14 days, for exams, illness or travel. You can also take up to 60 days for your own work, like your module or PYQs.
Your finish date moves ahead by the days you take. Or you can keep the same date and study a little more after the break.
Can I keep some days of the week free?
Yes. In Your week, choose up to 2 days off every week, and 1 day for your own work. Your plan uses only the other days.
More than one batch
Can I plan for more than one batch?
Yes. If you have bought more than one batch, you can have up to 3 planners, each in its own tab. Tap "+ New planner" to add one.
Can I rename or close a planner?
Yes, from its tab. If you close a planner, your progress is saved - open that batch again later and you continue from where you stopped.
Is there a limit to how much I can study in a day?
Yes. All your planners together can plan up to 15 hours a day. If a change would go above that, choose more days or close a planner.
Progress
Where can I see how I'm doing?
Tap Progress. You can see how much of your plan is done, chapters finished in each subject, hours watched, whether you will finish on time, and your study streak.
Can I download my plan?
Yes, for recorded batches. You can download your plan as a PDF, with every day's lectures and DPPs, to print or keep.
Your account
What information does Tracker 360 keep about me?
Your mobile number and name from your PW account, the batches you bought, your planners and settings, what you have ticked, and any feedback you give.
We also check your lectures, DPPs and tests on PW to keep your planner updated. Read our Terms & Conditions for more.
Is my PW account safe?
Yes. You log in with an OTP - you never give us your password. We only read your batches and progress, and never change anything in your PW account.
What happens when I log out?
You are logged out of Tracker 360 only, not from pw.live. To log in again, use your number and OTP, or "Continue as" if you are logged in on pw.live.
Why am I asked for feedback?
After about a week, we ask how the planner is going for you. Tap "Not now" if you are busy - we will ask once more later, then stop. You can send feedback any time from the Feedback link.
